Chemistry Graduate Student Selected to Receive 2014 Lindros Award

Award Date: June 04, 2014

Damien Kudela, a graduate student in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, was selected to receive the 2014 Lindros Award for Translating Research to Medical Practice. Damien proposes to develop Composite Nano-particles for Treating Incompressible Hemorrhage.  Congratulations Damien!

Chemistry Professor Receives the 2014 Spiers Memorial Award

Congratulations to the 2014 Recipients of National Graduate Research Fellowships

Maia Kinnebrew and Emre Discekici were awarded NSF Graduate Research Fellowships, while Allegra Latimer won the NDSEG Graduate Fellowship. Congratulations Maia, Emre, and Allegra!

Maia Kinnebrew and Allegra Kinnebrew are undergraduate researchers in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. Both will start graduate school at Stanford this coming Fall.
