2017 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) Award Recipients

Congratulations to Jeffrey Self and Michael Maser for their selection as recipients of the 2017 National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP). This prestigious award is “provided to individuals who have demonstrated their potential for significant research achievements, and they are investments that will help propel this country's future innovations and economic growth." This year, from over 13,000 applicants, “based on their demonstrated potential for significant achievements in science and engineering.” 

Jeffrey is a 1st year Chemistry graduate student and Michael is a College of Creative Studies Chemistry undergraduate working in the Lipshutz group.
