EcoRVEndonuclease: Kinetic experiments and a steadily growing base of structural knowledge are presently uncovering the mechanism of DNA cleavage by EcoRV.


Glutaminyl tRNA Synthetase: Above is a model of tRNA-Gln bound to GlnRS. RNA mutants of this system are being examined kinetically and structurally to identify determinants and discover unique RNA structural elements.
