The Micromass QTOF2 Quadrupole/Time-of-Flight Tandem mass spectrometer is primarily used for full scan and tandem mass analysis of compounds of biological origin and their synthetic analogues including proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, natural products and metabolites. Electrospray ionization (ESI), nano-electrospray and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) sources. A Waters 2695 HPLC system is available for online LC-MS and LC-MS/MS analyses.
